Mark Zuckerberg New Policy: Tech Unveiled

Zuckerberg Promises Private Communication In The Future: But You Shouldn’t Believe Him!

By on March 8, 2019

According to recent reports, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is on the edge and there is no reason to believe in him and why.

It was revealed that Facebook’s future will be through private communication. However, it is obvious that Facebook will fail to deliver his promises altogether as per its history.

CEO of Facebook delivered this notice in a 3000 word note- titled as A Privacy Focused Vision for Social Networking.

Zuckerberg reveals that his company’s future will be through private conversation and through Messenger, WhatsApp apps and Instagram.

Who knows that Mark Zuckerberg will be delivering his promise but don’t get your hopes too high because you never know what the truth might be.

When Zuckerberg was asked about his privacy policy, he did not give any confirmation. Moreover, he gave no guarantees either.

Facebook will be expanding its focus on private communication but it has no plans to get rid of its programs such as Instagram and Newsfeed.

Private Communication: How?

Private communication means more integrity and more power and authority. Zuckerberg confirms that his notice will be fruitful but he isn’t sure when and how. It’s going to take years, as what he says and believes in.

Facebook has been under scrutiny for, as it has been addressing fake news, but their problems are not obvious and not clear.

Whatever the issues might be or the concerns might be, Facebook has always been short on its promises. There’s less reason to believe in him and why but he is adamant that the future of his company will be through private conversation.

To Conclude

Only the future will tell why to believe in Facebook or not believe in Facebook because the company has mostly fell short of its promises.

Things might be different in the future because of private conversation but nonetheless.. there’s also no reason to believe in him for he has often fell short of his promises.

iPhone Apps: Tech Unveiled

Bunch of iPhone Apps Records Your Screen

By on March 6, 2019

iPhone is and always has been very popular. However, with time, iPhone apps have started to record your screen.

Interestingly, apps and online services can be used to gather your data and they might be using it against advertising and analytics.

While few apps ask for your permission before they record any data, others don’t even ask for your permission and that is Alarming.

Important Elements…

You never know what might be stealing your data but most iPhone Apps are. These apps are definitely transferring and storing your data and in the most breachful way.

Tech Crunch reports that certain popular iPhone applications are failing on two counts.

Many companies such as Air Canada, Expedia, Hollister and Hotels.com record your screen while using them and they often don’t even ask for your permission.

Moreover, others have confirmed to ‘TechCrunch’ that Air Canada is seeking customer information. According to reports, user information has entered in and collected on in Air Canada.

Majority of the companies today said that when they seek customer information, they try to improve your experience. However, even if they do say that their intentions are pure, they should be disclosing what they are trying to do. They might say its for your own safety but it is better that YOU protect your data.

In the midst of it all…

iPhone apps are taking your data away and they include the following:

  • Air Canada
  • Appsee
  • Glassbox (In coordination with Air Canada)
  • Hollister
  • Expedia

Security Breach: Facebook Privacy Leaks (TechUnveiled)

Security App: Health/Fitness Apps Breach Your Privacy

By on March 4, 2019

Security Concerns: Be mindful of fitness and health apps:

Your privacy and security is being preached and leaked!

According to market watchers, that is and should be the prime concern of individuals. For many than most.

Apparently, fitness and health apps are tracking pretty much everything from the end user and security users as well: Literally, everything!

Everything is being tracked these days and this is not good for your privacy.

Statistics Reveal The Following:

According to a report by Wall Street Journal (Image), Facebook (FB 2.18%) is being scrutinised for it was confirmed that it is taking away your private information without you knowing at the end.

And reports reveal… That it IS sensitive information that is being sent out and things or this doesn’t seem right.

Tips To Remember:

If you get a hunch that they are stealing your information, you MUST take care of yourself. However, easier said than done because… there’s no way out of it either.

Key point to remember here is:

Whenever you think there is a problem, remember these key points:

  1. Read the conditions closely.
  2. Make sure you read it as you would read a doctor’s prescription.
  3. Read this information closely before they agree to the terms and conditions: Make sure you are careful before hitting agree.

Without a proper agreement and without reading carefully, you will definitely have to read the agreement and sign it before you sign away your data privacy. (This is the security breach you must take care of).

You also have to make sure that you sign it before it breaches in your privacy.

Key point to remember here is that you also have to make sure that you research before you download an application. Make sure whichever app you download, you research on it first and then get it.

Moreover, if the app has a reliable operation and reputation, make sure you get it.

Very Interesting Security Insight

According to an interesting insight, Period App Flo, Facebook knew exactly how many times a person was having their periods. It is a privacy policy that alerts users that data will be shared.

Interestingly, according to your reports, your security data is being shared by almost 9 different companies, for at least Flo including Google (GOOG -0.39% at the current moment (According to MarketWatch) and Twitter (TWTR -1.05%).

Essentially, your data is being shared all the time and it is a scary thought.

What you need to do and ensure is that you read the terms and conditions before you sign into an app. And see if you disagree, you can get into an app properly and read its terms and conditions properly before you sign into a reliable app all over again.
